At NAGHEDI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place your unused NAGHEDI bag and any included accessories into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
